At Mylk Made, we take pride in the quality of our plant-based products; however, due to the perishable nature of our food items, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to making it right through a prompt replacement or refund.

Return Process

    Email our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

    Provide Documentation

    For items damaged during transit, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the affected product to your initial email.

    Verification Review

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a refund or a complimentary replacement shipment.

  • 4.
    Resolution Process

    Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, or a tracking number for your replacement will be issued immediately.
